Ook Beast Coast, Bigott, Biscuit, The Books, Junip, CocoRosie, Cohete, Lidia Damunt, Roddy Frame, Half Foot Outside, Les Savy Fav, Emilio José, Nana Grizol, Nueva Vulcano, Scout Niblett, Owen Pallett, The Allmighty Defenders, Marc Almond, The Slits, The Smith Westerns, Endless Boggie, The Field, The Wave Pictures, Crocodiles & Wild Honey zullen aanwezig zijn op dit Spaanse Festival.
Ook al eerder bevestigd op de affiche terug te vinden zijn Pixies, Pavement, Wilco, The New Pornographers & vele andere. Primavera zal plaatsvinden op 27, 28 & 29 Mei 2010 in Barcelona en valt dus samen met Pinkpop Festival. Of deze 2 festivals enkele bands zullen delen is voor ons nog onbekend.
